Meditation

Meditation is a quiet moment for yourself where you can take a moment to slow down, slow your breathing, and clear your mind. It’s a great way to start or end your day, especially when you want to really switch off and recharge. You don’t have to be a “meditation person” – just be present and give yourself permission to simply be in the moment.
Do it while lying in bed, in the hall, or outside in nature. Indoors you can enjoy the warmth and safe silence, while outdoors you can enjoy the birdsong, the sound of the wind, and that pleasant feeling that your head is starting to feel lighter. If you wish, you can also combine meditation with a short stretch or a leisurely walk to get your body and mind in one rhythm.
If you wish, you can also do guided meditation, where someone will help you step by step through breathing and concentration. This is especially good if you want to try it for the first time or if your thoughts tend to wander too quickly. Guided meditation can be done in bed or in the hall of the villa, but it can also be done outdoors in nature, where peace comes more easily.
