Villa Silence house rules
These House Rules apply to everyone staying on the Villa Silence property at Veski, Holdre, Tõrva Parish, Valga County, Estonia, 68505.
Respect for the place, nature, and others

Please respect nature. Damaging property, littering, or harming the natural environment on the Villa Silence premises is not permitted.

Please behave in a way that allows others to enjoy their stay. It is prohibited to disturb other guests, local residents, or animals.

In case of rude or aggressive behaviour, Villa Silence reserves the right to refuse service and/or accommodation.
Alcohol and responsible behaviour

Villa Silence staff have the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.

If a person’s condition or behaviour poses a risk to others, the premises, or the general peace on the Villa Silence property, Villa Silence staff may intervene and require the guest to leave.
Privacy and recording

The property is monitored by CCTV (outdoor cameras).

Photographing or recording other guests or Villa Silence staff without their clear consent is prohibited.

Flying a drone is only permitted with prior approval. If you wish to use a drone, please inform us before arrival.
Safety and fire safety

Open fire is allowed only in designated areas. If needed, please ask Villa Silence staff for guidance.

When taking part in Villa Silence water activities (e.g. canoeing, using a SUP board), wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
SAUNAs

The saunas are heated by Villa Silence staff. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use a sauna.

Using products or substances that stain or damage the interior surfaces of the saunas is prohibited.
Staying in the villa
Guests under the age of 18 may stay at Villa Silence only when accompanied by an adult.
The accompanying adult is responsible for children’s safety and for any damage caused by children.
Only the agreed number of guests may stay in the villa.
Standard check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior agreement and for an additional fee.
Villa Silence reserves the right to refuse accommodation if:

a guest is heavily intoxicated by alcohol and/or drugs

a guest is wanted by law enforcement

a guest has previously committed illegal acts at another accommodation

a guest has damaged or may damage the reputation and/or property of Villa Silence
Smoking and open flames indoors

Smoking indoors is prohibited. A violation will result in a €2,000 penalty fee.

The use of candles and incense on the Villa Silence premises (including indoors) is permitted only by prior agreement. In the event of damage (including odour damage), Villa Silence reserves the right to claim compensation from the guest.
pets

Pets are not allowed on the Villa Silence property. We recommend that, during your stay, you arrange care for your four-legged family members—for example at the Tõrva Koertehotell (dog hotel).
Property, equipment, and damages

Villa Silence equipment and inventory (including any gear provided by Villa Silence) must not be removed from the property. Equipment must not be used contrary to its intended purpose.

Furniture may not be taken outside from the villa’s indoor areas.

In the event of damage, destruction, or loss of any inventory item, the guest must cover the repair costs and/or 100% of the purchase price.
Liability for valuables

Villa Silence is not responsible for the loss, destruction, or damage of any cash or valuables brought by guests.
Payments and disputes

A booking and any pre-arranged additional services are confirmed once the advance invoice has been paid on time.

Additional services requested on site can be paid by card or cash.

Breach of rules

If these House Rules are breached, Villa Silence has the right to ask the guest to leave the premises and to require full compensation for any damage caused.

Any disputes between the parties will be resolved through negotiation where possible, in accordance with these House Rules, the Villa Silence Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and/or the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
