1. Cancellation and Booking Changes​

 

1.1 Booking and Responsibility​

• Bookings can be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

• A booking request (dates, number of guests, purpose of stay, requested additional services, contact details) can be submitted by email, via the website enquiry form, or through the bouk.io booking system.

• A booking is confirmed once payment of the invoice has been received.

• The guest is responsible for checking that the details in the booking confirmation (dates, number of guests, contact details, etc.) are correct. If anything is incorrect, please inform us immediately by email.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellation 30+ days before the booking start date: 75% refund of the total booking amount

  • Cancellation 15–30 days before the booking start date: 25% refund of the total booking amount

  • Cancellation 14 days or less before the booking start date: no refund

1.3 Booking changes

• To change a booking, please contact us by email.

• Booking changes are free of charge up to 60 days before the booking start date, as long as the requested change is possible (the Villa is available on the new dates and/or the requested additional services are available). A booking can be changed once, and the new dates must be within 6 months of the original booking dates.

• After a booking has been changed, the cancellation and refund terms in section 1.2 will no longer apply.​​​​

2. Gift Card Terms

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The validity period cannot be extended.

• Any stay purchased with a gift card must take place within the gift card validity period.

• Gift cards can be used once. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• When a gift card is used, the cancellation and refund terms in section 1.2 do not apply.

• If the booking total exceeds the gift card value, the person making the booking must pay the difference.

• Villa Silence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
